Your OEM partner should be able to tell you what certifications your target market requires without researching it themselves. They should have experience with local logistics partners, customs documentation, and regional after-sales expectations. 8. How Transparent Are Their Logistics and Lead Times?

9. What Is Their Warranty and Returns Policy?
