Production Flow
From Raw Materials to Finished Printers
1. Frame & Structure
CNC-machined aluminum extrusions, laser-cut steel panels, and precision-drilled mounting points. Every frame is measured against 0.1mm tolerance before assembly.
2. Electronics & Wiring
Automated PCB assembly for controller boards, harness fabrication with labeled connectors, and ESD-protected workstation assembly. Every board undergoes powered burn-in testing.
3. Final Assembly
8 parallel assembly lines with standardized work instructions. Gantry alignment, belt tensioning, and enclosure fitting by experienced technicians averaging 5+ years in 3D printer manufacturing.
4. Calibration & Testing
Every printer runs a standardized test print: dimensional accuracy cube, bridging test, overhang test, and 4-hour continuous run. Test logs are recorded and archived per serial number.
5. Packaging & Logistics
Custom foam inserts, double-wall export-grade cartons, humidity indicators, and tilt indicators for sea freight. Standard pallet: 12 units. FCL container: up to 200 units.
6. Spare Parts & Aftermarket
Dedicated spare parts inventory with 3-month forward stock. Common consumables (nozzles, build plates, belts) stocked in depth for rapid partner fulfillment.
