One Engineering Hand
Design, firmware, and production sit in one network — the R&D group works with the same cell groups that assemble your units. A custom feature or region-specific modification goes from specification to sample through one team, so nothing is lost in handover.
Validation Before Release
Every new model is run through continuous print sessions plus temperature and humidity soak cycles before release to the floor — and power-interruption recovery is part of the firmware test matrix. The goal is the same: failure modes found at our bench, not at your customer's.
Recorded Traceability
Unit serial numbers link to the batch and the inspection records that came with it. When a partner reports an issue, the records let us trace the production step and the inspection result — targeted root-cause work instead of speculation.
