Stories in development — our latest partner results land here soonFrom First Inquiry
to After-Sales Support.
Every Precise3D partnership follows the same path: choose your market, customize from 100 units, train your team with a marketing kit, and run after-sales together. This page is that path, explained honestly — no invented customers, no invented numbers.
What a Partnership Is, in Plain Terms
Partners arrive with different questions. Distributors ask how they can add a 3D printer line to a catalog they already sell. Brands ask whether they can put their own name on a machine without building a factory. Institutions ask what it takes to run printers safely in a classroom. The right answer to each is the same: a structured path, a team that knows the product, and a partner who tells you plainly what you are getting.
Precise3D printers are manufactured through our production network in Shenzhen — verified production lines across a 3,500 m² facility, with a 15-engineer R&D team — and shipped under our own brand. We do not publish customer names, order volumes, or revenue figures, and we will not invent them. What we publish is the pathway itself: four stages, described below, exactly as they run.
The Four Stages of a Partnership
Choose Your Market
Pick the model that fits: distribution with a protected territory, OEM white-label under your own brand, or education bundles for classrooms and makerspaces. We discuss your channels, realistic volumes, pricing tiers, and which Precise3D line suits the market — entry, mid-range, or high-end specs — before anything ships.
Customize from 100 Units
Custom-branded programs start at a verified 100-unit minimum. That buys you real OEM work, not sticker labor: logo silk-screen on the machine, a custom firmware interface and boot screen, packaging and manuals in your language, and specification adjustments for your region or use case.
Training & Marketing Kit
Your team gets technical and sales training: setup, everyday troubleshooting, maintenance, and how to run a demo or a classroom session. Alongside it, the marketing kit — co-branded product images, datasheets, demo materials, and quick-start guides — so your first sale is easier than your tenth.
After-Sales Support
You handle tier-1 with customers; we back your team. Our spare parts catalog, repair documentation, and engineering escalation path cover the cases you cannot resolve, and warranty claims follow a documented process. This is how a distribution partnership stays healthy after the first container, not just before it.

Why Partners Work With Us
Capability you can inspect.
Verified production lines in Shenzhen, a real R&D team of 15 engineers, and hardware that ships with documentation you can hand to a regulator or a procurement team. Trust building starts with a factory you can verify.
Certificates with report numbers.
CE LVD and RoHS conformity verified — reports on file and , checkable at the third-party lab that issued them. We only claim what a report backs.
Training, not just containers.
Onboarding covers technical and sales training, plus a marketing kit and language-localized materials — the parts that decide whether a partner's first quarter converts into repeat orders.
Honest publishing.
We document partner results with their permission, and we say so when something is still unverified. When a story lands here, it lands with the receipts.
