Certification
Precise3D Certified Partner Badge
Teams that complete all four training tracks earn the Precise3D Certified Partner designation. The certification badge is authorized for use on your website, sales materials, and email signatures. It signals to technical buyers that your team can answer their questions — not just take their order.
Certification must be renewed annually with a 2-hour update session covering new products, firmware features, and updated competitive intelligence. 85% of certified partners report increased B2B sales conversion within 6 months of certification.
Learning Tracks
What Each Track Covers
Self-paced modules with examination checks at every step; each track ends with a short exam before the next opens.
Start Selling
Lineup anatomy, market positioning, pricing structure and the differences between Pro X1, Creator C1 and Start S1 — plus how to position them against a customer's tier.
Technician Track
Assembly, belt tensioning, calibration stack, firmware operation and safe fault-finding on the production-side procedures we use ourselves.
Materials & Applications
Filament classes and what they print, heated chamber behavior, enclosure needs and the application-to-machine mapping you will sell against.
After-Sales & Service
The RMA workflow, diagnostic sequences and customer communication templates.
Compliance & Claims
What the certification file actually covers, what it does not, and how to state it to a customer — the honesty rules of the program.
Refresher Cycle
New model launches and updated procedures land in the platform with a notification — no re-registration needed.
Certification
The Certified Partner Badge
Certification proves your team has been through the program — and when it is renewed, that it still is.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Certified tracks | Technician track and After-Sales track are the two required for the badge; the rest are recommended. |
| Exam | Multiple-choice with scenario questions, pass mark published in the platform. |
| Badge use | Badge may be displayed on your site and booth. It certifies training, not market claims — compliance claims still follow the program rules. |
| Renewal | Annually; major model launches trigger a refresher requirement. |
Live sessions with the training team run on a published schedule; recordings go back into the platform for every partner.
