Materials for GMP & Frequent Changeover

This vertical teaches you to think like a materials engineer working in a clean, documented environment. The parts sit in a controlled clean space, frequently changed over and washed, and anything in the product path is a food-contact component. Build the recommendation matrix: food-safe PP or PETG for anything touching product or in the package path; PC for impact and heat/chemical resistance; rigid TPU for anything that must grip or seat without marring; PA-CF for stiff structural guides and rails. What you're looking for: Wear/friction → nylon or PA-CF; food-contact + migration → food-safe PP or PETG; impact/breakage → PC; grip-and-seat → rigid TPU; and always match or exceed the original's food-grade designation and GMP documentation requirements.
