Grinding & Milling Wear Parts
Hammer- and roller-mill sections are the highest-value parts targets in a spice plant. The classic parts are mill screens and perforated plates, grinding-plate hammers and pins, sifter frames and sieve rings, and fan/air blades. Many of these are metal or filled-plastic originals that print well and last comparably. Because the product is dry and abrasive, the standard is high wear resistance plus dimensional accuracy — a sloped mill screen, for example, uses a thin, perforated plate that prints cleanly in a rigid, filled material and wears the same as the stamped original without the 8-week tooling wait.

Conveyor, Sifter & Filler Components
Screw and vibratory conveyors move spices between stages, generating a steady stream of replaceable parts. The winners are screw-conveyor flights and paddles, vibratory sifter deflectors and anti-bridging fins, bag-filling and dosing spouts, and check-weigher guides. Because these are frequently UHMWPE or filled-nylon originals, they print exceptionally well and last comparably; the volume is what matters — a single plant may run 4–10 conveying and filling stations, each needing periodic wear and hygiene-part replacement. Hygienic & Washdown Housing Parts
Spice lines run regular dry-clean and wet-clean cycles to keep allergens and dust in check, so sensor and switch housings, control-box gaskets, cable-pass grommets, drain-channel covers and dust-collector nozzles are high-consumption parts bought on a standing schedule. The parts sit in constant dry abrasion, dust, heat and sanitizer, and any part touching the product stream is a food-contact surface. What you're looking for: Abrasion → filled nylon or rigid TPU; chemical/oil → food-safe PP or PETG; impact/flex → PC or PA-CF; and match or exceed the original's durometer, food-safety designation and dimensional tolerance.
